Front Trans Rear Doorbell Wiring

I am trying to wire my doorbell i have a red and white wire starting from the button then up the wall to the chime doorbell there are 2 reds and 2 whites. The two black wires are attached to the trans transformer terminal on the doorbell unit and to the front or front doorbell terminal. The wire from the front door push button goes to terminal 2 marked front ignore the terminal marked trans. Use tape to label these wires accordingly so you can remember which is which.

Typically doorbell chimes have three terminals labeled rear trans and front that correspond with each connection. The twisted pair of white wires are from the 1 other terminal of the transformer and 2 from the second terminal of the doorbell button.
